Project Quality & Governance
Engineering Delivery. Documented with Discipline.
Transparent engineering, rigorous site verification and factual representation guide our work across both vertical mobility and life-safety projects.
Our 5-Stage Project Quality Management Protocol.
1. Structural Shaft Verification
Before equipment mobilization, our engineers verify shaft vertical plumb alignment, pit depth, overhead headroom clearance, wall beam anchoring points, and ventilation apertures against approved architectural drawings.
2. Equipment Receipt & Submittals
Complete uncrating inspection of traction machines, guide rails, VVVF drive panels, traveling cables, and cabin components with serial numbers logged against technical data submittals.
3. Guide Rail Plumb & Bracket Alignment
Guide rail brackets are laser-aligned and torqued to exact engineering tolerances. Flawless rail alignment prevents lateral vibration, delivering whisper-quiet, silky ride dynamics.
4. Load & Safety Gear Drop Tests
Full 125% rated load testing, governor overspeed safety gear tripping, buffer compression checks, phase failure trips, and emergency power backup simulations before client inspection.
5. Handover Dossier & Training
Delivery of comprehensive As-Built electrical schematics, operating manuals, maintenance schedules, key handover, and safety training for building facility staff.
VERIFIED CLIENT CREDENTIALS
Procurement & Reference Dossiers.
Procurement committees and corporate clients may request verified reference letters, equipment specifications, and SECP/PEC registration context directly from our corporate procurement desk.
